How to clean out old picture folders/thumbnails?

Greetings!

I'm running v 2.2.8.

I recently had to reinstall W2K on my machine, and then reinstalled all my apps, including Sage. I also had to reformat a partition which contained photos. It's working just like it used to before the OS reinstall, but when go to the Imported Picture Files menu, it's still displaying some of the old folders that were present before I reformatted the photo partition on the HD. At the moment, those folders do not exist on the photo partition yet.

How do I get Sage to remove those old folders from the display?

One other question - it is safe to delete the "generated thumbnails" directory from the SageTV directory? I'd like to clean those out and start anew.

Thanks in advance.

Opus suggested setting the following property to true:

make_all_mediafiles_local

I exited out of Sage, changed this property, restarted Sage, and everything was cleared out. Then I added the path to the picture files in the setup menu, refreshed the media library, and all is well.

This also helped refresh my album cover art in the Jukebox (see my other post regarding album cover art).

Thanks again, Opus!
