HELP! PC crashed, now my PVR-250 doesn't work
I've reinstalled drivers, rebooted after each step. it shows up fine in device manager but when I try to add it back to sage it gives me an error
capture error in playback ERROR (-2,0x80040207) please reinstall sage I've been using the wintv 2000 program just to try and tune a channel but even that doesn't work. It's been a year or so since I had any problems with my system and i forgot a lot. I thought there was a utility to uninstall all the pvr drivers. or am I smoking crack. I also have a ATI 550 capture card. it's working fine. thanks! Seth

There is a utility to wipe the Hauppauge stuff out. Its called HCWCLEAR I believe, and it comes with the drivers. At least it does for the PVR150 drivers.
