I always need to reboot the client

I always need to reboot the client

Any time I want to watch an HD recording on 4, 5, 7 I need to reboot the client, Since I put it in stand by when I'm no using it, it always needs to be rebooted. Sometimes it needs to be rebooted just to watch a non HD recording on those channels. Any idea what it could be?
