Showanalyzer settings

Anyone out there have a good configuration for Showanalyzer? I can't seem to get the timings right, and the commercial breaks are way longer than they actually are.

Admittedly, I haven't had much time to fudge with them and I've only recorded two shows, but in both cases, SA was way off the mark.

Suggestions?
