Hauppage Silver Remote Issues
I recently built a SageTV box around a PVR-350 that included the silver hauppage remote. SageTV is working great, but I'm having a strange issue with the remote. The play, skip, pause, etc buttons work just fine, but none of the others do. I'd really love to get the directional buttons working, since that would allow my wife to use it without bustin' out the mouse
 If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it

This FAQ should cover it. It sounds like the remote software was installed after SageTV, or the option wasn't selected during SageTV's installation. If that's the case, use the irremote.ini file linked in that FAQ or in my sig lines.
Also, don't forget to choose your remote during the Configuration Wizard, or in Setup -> Detailed Setup -> Commands -> config remote. - Andy
