Gentoo 2006.1

When I went to download the Gentoo ISO, 2006.1 was listed as the current version. Can this version be used for a new SageTV install?

I was curious because most of the documentation says to use the 2006.0 release.

I attempted to use the 2006.1 image but the installprofile.xml file caused an error for the Gentoo Installer. I was able to load the 2006.0 image using the installprofile.xml.

so, is there any reason to use the 2006.0 versus the 2006.1? I'm looking for a concrete answer here, perhaps someone has tried it and knows?

I would suggest the exact opposite. I have seen nobody successful with 2006.1.
