Suggestion for budget LCD TV

Hi,

maybe a bit OT, but it looks like my old standard TV died this morning and I need some replacement asap. Can't spend too much money right now, it should be in the $600-$800 range. Usually I would spend weeks (or months ) to look through reviews, compare prices, etc, but I thought maybe someone here has any suggestions or recommendations based on own experience...

I've seen the Olevia 432v 32 inch LCD on sale for $699at Office Depot, can anyone comment on this one ?

Thanks,

Dirk

Don't know much about Olevia, other than I've seen them in various stores and I wasn't impressed. Costco carries the Vizio brand for the lower end, and those have gotten fairly good reviews from HDTV Magazines. It might be worth a look.

Phil.

Ps... Would you mind if I sent you a PM about the dev build of the 16x9 stv?

Thanks..
