Lost serial control of second stb

This was working perfectly until today... I have two D10-100s, connected to COM1/COM2. The one not working is connected to COM2, although im not sure that matters. Nothing has changed as far as I know, and the directv control app works with it just fine... Any ideas? I am using the stock directvserial dll.
