Reinstalling at the server (will settings survive this?)
If i save my frey technologies folder out and after a reinstall, reinstall Sage over this directory will everything be ok.. will it remember my files in my SageTV folder (with all their info) and more importantly all my channels and their number definitions for the actisys remote...
not looking forward to having to do it all again... with regards to keeping shows have we got an export facility yet to export everything, or is it not needed if this kind of reinstalling over the old install is sufficient... Thanks

Save the following files:
sage.properties, wiz.bin and wiz.bak then after you install SageTV, just copy them into the SageTV folder before running the application. That will give you everything from the previous install.

If you've modified/taught any Actisys codes, then you'll also want to backup the Frey Technologies\Common\RemoteCodes folder in addition to what Dan mentioned.
