Error Playing Imported Divx Files

I recently got Placeshifter running on my laptop across my Wi-Fi network in my house. Live tv works fine but when I try to watch some movies I have ripped and encoded to .divx I get the error... Sage.PlaybackException. Any idea what this is? I assume I should be able to watch imported videos using the Placeshifter can't I?

Any help is appreciated.
