Hauppauge PVR150 IRBlaster to control TV

Does anybody know of a way to get the Hauppauge IR Blaster to send a power off signal to my TV when I press the power button on the Hauppauge 45 button remote? I don't use the blaster at all (my cable boxes are set up on serial ports).
