hauppauge remote / sat box sensitivity

Is there a way to make the sat box accept the channel change commands
from sage / hauppauge a little slower? It seems that the change command is going so fast that the sat receiver doens't always get it right.

Would the IR blaster software from hauppauge help with this, or is there a hidden function in Sage I haven't found?

If you open up the Hauppage BlastCfg, im pretty sure you can change the delay time between digits.
