Latest PVR250 Drivers OK?

I've recently upgraded my SageTV server software, and was thinking about upgrading the PVR250 drivers as well. It's a dual tuner setup with a PVR250MCE and a PVR250 'Roslyn' card. I seem to recall I had to use a specific driver version to get the two cards to work together, but that was maybe just because the dual card support had just been added? Not really sure anymore, but some new tuning problems has me thinking about updating the drivers.

So I have a couple of questions: Should I be using the latest drivers for this card combination? If not, what driver version should I use? Do I need to install the Hauppauge 'middleware' in addition to the driver? What about WinTV2000, should I install that?
