Program Guide issue...
I switched from IR blaster to serial control, which is working great... But now the program guide is requiring to enter 4 digits to change the channel. For example, instead of punching in 300 on the remote, I have to enter 0300 now. I hope this is something simple, and I won't have to always enter the extra digit...

Anyone? Support said to go to "Remote Control Options" and change "Digits per Channel". But when I go here, everything is blank, and it won't take any options.

I am using the default stv.. I had installed SageMC, but I was back to the orginal. I even tried a clean install.
