Help! Double channels?!

I noticed last week that Sage started recording the wrong show. I rebooted and didn't watch anything until today. Again everything that recorded via my cable feed is either QVC or HSN. I checked the guide data and all channels above 13 are doubled. I.E. channel 24 shows 24 - ESPN and right after it is 24 - QVC. Channel 24 is QVC, but ESPN is actually something like 52. Has anyone else had problems with guide data lately??

Just an update... I went to zap2it.com and they have the channels doubled up as well. Zip code 97504, Charter Cable. I'll search the FAQ to determine the contact to notify.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to fix a lineup problem? I've notified Sage and Zap2It, but until it's fixed Sage is useless. I'm guessing that since Tivo also uses Tribune Services, anyone in my area with a PVR is screwed until it's fixed.

Well, its not a SageTV specific problem. I had a problem a few weeks ago with one of the channels not showing the correct show titles. I also notified SageTV and Zap2it. I'm not sure how it was fixed, but it took three weeks for the correct data to show up again. And SageTV is not completely useless, I just set manual timed recordings in the meantime until the problem was fixed.

I realize it's not a Sage-specific issue (I mentioned that Tivo owners were probably in the same boat). Setting a manual recording for one channel would be an easy fix. Setting manual recordings for all 45 favorites would be quite a challenge.
