Video fails in client but plays in placeshifter
One of my recordings will play over my local network via the placeshifter but not via the client on the same pc or on the pseudo client on the server.
The recording is grabbed from channel5 in the UK which I receive via DVB using a Terratec Cinergy 2400i. All other recordings using the card work fine. (I do see a separate problem with stuttering video from channel5 recordings but thats a story for a different thread) I am using the hauppauge decoders on the server and have tried the Sage and Cyberlink decoders on the client. I have also tried changing the DVXA mpeg and interlacing modes. Any ideas? thanks
