xml and (dot).my and sage imported files

Hi,

I have been using germsage in order to provide data for my imported files. This works but since it is not an STVi and is instead a full STV, it limits future possibilties.

Any other STV's or preferably a STVi read .my (dot)my files for imported files?

XML files for imported files?

As for xml, does sage natively support? and if so, how do you create an xml for a movie you ripped?

Thanks,

Here's an stvi I knocked up.

It's only basic but reads Title, Overview and Released, but does all I need
It does need flachbars import tools though http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17063
John

Changed the download to a version that includes flachbar's library
Attached Files
File Type: zip Read_MY_Files.zip (15.1 KB, 183 views)

flachbar's download http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/down...?do=file&id=75

Support a photo in what way? The standard feature of a jpg of the same name as the file or directory works.

I changed the download to a version that includes flachbar's import library

I read somewhere that nielm is working on an importer for the generic xml files.

I hope nielm is still working on this and he will have plenty of time to work on that

I believe what Niel said was that it was something he'd like to do someday, not that he's actually working on it at present.

In principle it's not hard to do, but as far as I know nobody's released any code that actually does it yet.
