Adaptec AVC-3610 IR Blaster & SageTV

So... I'm just setting up my whole SageTV setup and got one of the new Adapec AVC-3610 PVRs (a USB Dual Tuner unit). It's all very nice and comes with IR blasters for each card.

I had no problem setting it up to use regular cable but trying to get one line through my cable box to get digital cable is turning out to be a problem.

I had no problem setting it up with Media Center, as there's a whole process to get it setup. However I cannot get the IR blasters to work through Sage. I know it's a new product, but I'm hopeful there's a way to get it to work.

Anyone have any suggestions???

FYI, the 3610s are $99 at buy.com ($199 with a $100 rebate...)

thanks!

Carl

No. It won't work. The only blasters Sage supports is the USB-UIRT, ACTISYS IR-200L and on the Hauppague PVR 150.

ok, thanks - I thought that might be the case -- just trying to avoid having yet another device in the whole setup!
