Help with choosing a Video card. HDTV

I want to upgrade to HDTV output via component cables. What is the best option. I am confused between ATI and Nvidia. I see how ATI does component out but dont see any documentation on how to get component out of the nvidia cards.

I have looked at
ATI:
ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256MB Video Card 100-437406, 128-bit GDDR3, AGP 8X, w/ VGA & HDTV Out

ATI Radeon X1300 PRO 256MB AGP 8x Video Card 100-437602, Avivo, w/ DVI-I, VGA & VO

-Do I need the dongle on both of these cards to do component out?

Nvidia:
Biostar nVIDIA Geforce 6800XT 512MB AGP 8x Video Card V6802XA52, w/ VGA, TV-Out & DVI

- How does this card do component out?

I would like to keep the price between $100 and $150

Computer specs:
AGP8x
xp3000
768MB of RAM
800 GIGs of Storage

I'm not sure that Biostar can do component out.

Try this one:

See the picture with the cables? That's how you do it on this one.

What resolution are you going to be running on the HDTV? 720p, 768, 1080p? This can put a big demand on the GPU, especially 1080p. I'm running the 6600GT, and I think it's on the harry edge of being able to handle it.

I'd go with the 7xxx series cards, instead of the 6xxx series cards...

Oh, I see you need AGP. Sorry about that.

This looks more along those lines...

Still in your price range, with the rebate!

I don't know much about the ATI cards yet...

Would it be a great enough benefit to upgrade the Motherboard with PCI Express?

May or may not. I'm guessing that future HDCP video cards will probably only support PCI-E.

There are several new PCI-E tuner cards coming out soon too, including a dual HD tuner that has a 1x PCI-E slot...
