After reboot, all my DVR hardware malfunctioning

Been running fine and stable for a long time. Stayed at Sage 4 since I didn't need the new features yet. Today I had to reboot my system because the power went out and I needed to get it down before the battery ran out. I bring it back up and now sage shows 0 scheduled recordings, none of the recorded shows will play. So I check my sage settings and it shows no tuners present. Also, one of my hard drives is missing.

So I go to device manager and my Sata array, and both of my PVR500's are with a yellow !. The error message reads

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

I've tried disabling com1, com2, parrallel ports, usb ports everything I can manage to disable from bios and still getting that message. Uninstalling and reinstalling fails with the same message about resources. Has anyone run into something similar to this before?

Everything else on my computer is running fine, just the heart of my sage box is dead. The tuners and the hard drives for video.
