Channel change failure with PVR500
I set up a new SageTV server a couple weeks ago. It has one pvr500 that is tuning standard cable TV. About once or twice a week a show will be recorded on the wrong channel. For example I just sat down to watch "the 4400" which airs on the USA network and it was a cooking show from the food network indicating to me a failure to successfully change the channel. If I where using a cable box or a USB-UIRT or something I wouldn't be to suprised but this behavior is odd from a pvr500. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Anyone have any trouble shooting suggestions?

After some experimentation today I've come to the conclution that the second tuner device is defective. I cannot get it to change from the food network, so it looks like my solution is three letters long: RMA.
