Favorites Not Recording Off Correct Set Channel

I have a both Stargate shows set to record only off the Sci Fi Channel as they are also aired on one of the local channels in much lower quality. I would rather have them record off the Sci Fi Channel. Which most of the time they do. However, on occasion, it records those shows off the local channel.

I do have Intelligent Recording enabled, which I suppose those shows could be coming in through it rather than through favorites. If that is the case why don't the Favorites settings override Intelligent Recording?

Another problem I've been having which seems to have been corrected by setting the channel in Favorites is that SageTV doesn't seem to be able to tell the difference between the show 7 Days on Spike TV and a similarly named show on, I believe, ESPN. The two shows are totally different yet it still can't tell the difference.

If there is anything I can do to remedy this problem please let me know.
