Channel Change Record Delay

Is there a setting in Sage.properties that will allow me to delay the start of recording by several milliseconds? All my recordings contain a couple frames from the previous channel and I would like to eliminate them, even if it means missing a couple frames from the channel I am actually tuning to. Thanks!
