Reducing saturation

How do I reduce saturation on SageTV? I could do this in the WinTV application to take away orange flesh tones, but can't find the same/similar setting in SageTV Setup.

It is in the detail settings on the multimedia tab. Click on the Video Capture settins (advanced). Then select Video Proc Amp tab.
