Only seeing 1 recorder for my PVR500
Should read "Only seeing 1 recorder for my PVR500"
I recently got a 2nd PVR500 for my HTPC but it is only registering one recorder. I thought maybe I coulnd't have 4 (?) recorders but when I take out the first one it still only shows one. Is there something I'm not thinking about or is it probably damaged. It's not like I need 4 but since I have it, it would be nice. --mikemos

You should see 2 recorders. Have you checked the Device Manager to see what it shows? My shows the following for the PVR 500:
Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (23xxx) (Tuner 1) Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (23xxx) (Tuner 2) If you see both entries there then you should check the sage properties file and make sure the "mmc/ignore_encoders" does not include one of the tuners.

Yeah, you also should have had to install the driver for it twice, I believe, and you also have to add it twice in Sage, I think...It's been a year since I messed with that.
