CD/DVD Label Software Recommendations

I have been searching the net for a couple hours now. I haven't found that "perfect" free software download that makes it easy to make DVD/CDs labels. So, I thought I would throw this out to the board to see what you guys might recommend.

I use a sharpie or laundry pen for the disks and my favorite word processor to make jewel box inserts

Many manufacturers bundle software with their sticker labels. I believe Avery has templates for their labels available for wordprocessors and downloadable software.

I use an Epson R200 printer and inkjet printable DVD/CD's. Best solution I've found to date, labels don't peel off in other words. Water will make them run, but then you'd have to ask yourself why is water on my DVD?
