SVCD and ImToo--Strange problem....

Strange question here, but it is a strange problem.

Does anyone use ImToo DVD Ripper to convert to MPEG2 (SVCD)?

If so, maybe you can help with this problem.

When I rip a DVD, and it is 120 minutes. The output file will be 95 minutes.

Now the strange part, the whole move is there just sped up by about 20%.

I've tried different PCs, different settings, different DVD's etc.

Anyone know the fix for this, or a better program.

(Note: Before I get yelled at for encoding in SVCD Mpeg2, I used to use Nero Recode for MP4 AVC. But I gave up on that because I use MVPS. Also, I gave up on Divx because, it just kills my server to transcode them (P4 2.0 Ghz, 512 Meg mem.)

So, since I own everything I rip, I really don't care for now and just want to put them on the server in a format that can be accessed by MVP without transcoding. So far the only thing I've found is SVCD format. Regular Mpeg2 encoders don't seem to work, as Sage fires up the transcoder before they go out to the MVP.

Thanks for the help.
