Identify which DVD is playing

Is there a way in the SageAPI to identify if a particular DVD is inserted or playing (unique ID ?) ?

You should be able to do this with the IDVDInfo2 interface from the DirectShow libraries in DirectX. Don't know if that would help.

My SageWMP plugin exposes a pretty complete set of WMP interfaces to Java. I haven't done much experimenting with DVDs, but you might be able to find what you need in my code.

I was hoping for something in the Sage API, but I kinda expected that I wouldn't get around COM and JNI. Might be to just too much for the simple thing I want to achieve. But then, this also looks highly educational, so maybe I'll bother ...
