150 & 150MCE in same sage box, can't tune 150MCE

As the title says I have both versions of the PVR 150. The retail version tunes without any issues, but the MCE version tunes to the channels, but is off just a bit resulting in close but no cigar tuning.

What gets me is the mce card tunes like a champ in the win2000 application but doesn't play well with Sage. Any ideas? I've tried latest drivers and rolling back to previous versions, different card positions, etc.. I really have no idea on how to continue troubleshooting it.
