New to SageTV and USBUIRT Question

Hi All,

As a newbie I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask.

I'm in the UK and have 2 Sky STB's on my main PC currently running MCE 2005 using the Microsoft IR remote and blasters.

I've installed SageTV trial on this PC and all seems well. What I need to know is how I control channel changes on the STB's. I understand with a USB UIRT, a stereo to mono adaptor and the 2 IR blasters I should be set to go but don't know if I need any other middleware software to enable this.
