Weird Random Color Bars
While watching a taped recording of the Apprentice last night (using VLC player), I noticed at times during the recording there would be displayed color like spectrum bars that appeared on one spot horizontally on my screen. The occurrence would be completely random. They would last only a few seconds. It reminded me of the type of interference you might get with a video tape that was out of sync but it wasn't as distracting, although present. Does anyone know what this may be? Is it a SageTV issue or something deeper? Maybe my NBC feed?
