Thanks for your help. I'm in the process of downloading the updated driver for video card, and will also get latest directx. See what those do. Will let you know how that works out.

Well I got those things updated, and so far so good! Appreciate your help, I thought I had the lastest drivers for my vid card, but I guess not! And I'm sure the DirectX has something to do with it too.
