Crystal Palace frq file

Does anyone have an frq file for the Crystal Palace transmitter? I'm only getting a handful of channels despite only being 2 miles away. I have complete frequency and programId from SBDARecorder but this doesn't have the TSID so not sure how to transfer the details.
