Motorola DCT2224 Cable Box

Need help hooking this box up to my Time Warner cable tv line. I am a paid subscriber, but I cannot get this box to work. Many be a manula would help. Any and all help greatly appreciated

As far as I know, all of these boxes need to activated by the cable company. You can call in and request to have it activated, but they most likely won't do if it is not rented from them. The whole point is that they want you to pay $6/month or whatever fee for it.
