Media mvp

I was wondering what are the chances that this card will work with the Sage Client software in the future. I know from someone using it that I can use it without it but I prefer the interface of Sage being that my girlfriend is use to it. Also I am looking at rewiring my house. I have RG59 and going to upgrade to RG6 because of DirecTV. I rather use wireless which I know will work with Sage, but I read some of the specs of Media MVP and it states to use a Game wireless access card I only know one company that makes this currently and it is linksys(I think), Is that true or can I use any wireless card. I think the cost a the game wireless access point is ridicules

I was thinking of that. but my brother has a box of cat5 left over from when he wired his house. So free is good. I have 2 stories so I was thinking of wiring the top floor with cat 5 and with the bottom floor, go wireless. The reason is that even though I will be running 2 coax cables to each tv and one cat5 except for the first floor (just 2 coax no cat5) I want to make the first floor wirless because I have a few old laptops I could add the client to add then we could watch tv anywhere in or outside the house.
