Almost there with dct plugin

Ive set up my pvr 500 with the first tuner attached to the 2224 dct box via composit cable, second tuner to the cable basic service. ver 5 sagetv.
Basic cable is fine.
The DCT plugin tunes box to correct channel but no video/audio. I believe this is because the fixed channel set up for the first tuner isn't correct. When I setup the video source I don't see an option for selecting the fixed channel. Is there a way thru sage.properties to set the fixed channel? How can I set/check this fixed channel?
