I bought it off of eBay. It works great, the only problem I had with it at first was that it would randomly stop working. I moved it from the top of my TV to the rack with the computer and the problem went away, I assume it was either a heat or radiation interference problem.
No, QAM doesn't work with sage due to the BDA drivers. I'm not sure about the LG tuner, I'll see if I can find out when I get home.
