No clue. My prison break has an image. Heck even Vanished has one, and thats brand new.

I dont suppose the program thats polling IMDB is getting blocked in a firewall is it? You have no images for anything, TV or movies?

If I do an IMDB search on a movie, it works fine, but it doesn't show up automatically. Hmm...is there a program that is doing it? Or is it just Sage? Weather works fine, WebRadio and RSS feeds work fine, heck, even MovieTimes works...

Just seems strange. Does it work with service mode?

6.10 seems have broken the sleep timer plugin. I could not access it from the options menu.

There are also some issues with queues. If I play a queue of videos, once sage get to the end of a video, it goes to the next video, but a stop/delete popup pops up for the old video, with the new video playing under it. Also, the top UI box that shows the filename sometimes shows the old video filename, not the new one.

My server runs service mode only, and is never used for viewing except with placeshifter, but I just use the default STV for that.

Something odd noticed, I watched 'Vanished' tonight, delayed while it was still recording, and at 10pm, when the encoder should have stopped, it started recording the local Fox news program that came on after the show. I was maybe 30 minutes delayed. But shouldnt it have stopped recording at its scheduled time? Before SageMC, this never happened, and I dont recall seeing a SageMC option to keep on recording a channel when actively viewing it but delayed.

This is a part of SageTV, not the STV -- once you are watching Live TV, it stays in that mode & continues to record until you stop playback or put SageTV to sleep. And, watching a recording in progress fits the definition of Live TV.

If there is another scheduled recording on after the current show, it will record that one rather than just continue on the same channel, but I believe it will ask you about that first... OK, asking about changing channels is a part of the STV.

Also, have you updated java to 1.6.0 build 97?

Code:
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-rc-b97)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-rc-b97, mixed mode)

Have not updated to the latest build of Java. Will do that tonight.

All of your nielm jars seem to be much newer than mine. Where did you get them?

I checked all my plugins, and found none newer than the ones I'm using...

Also, is it working with build 97 of Java for you? (TV IMDB lookup?)

My JARs are all older than those too. I'm on JRE 1.4.2_11 as well. When I get home I can put up a list of my JAR's, its not nearly as long as that though, presumably because I dont have any plugins loaded yet.

Kirby, yep, that is what I was talking about. I'm not seeing any images with my TV shows like that. Would be nice. Maybe all the ones I'm recording just don't have images?
Just wanted to say thanks to all that helped.
I did a complete reinstall and all is working perfect.
It helps to have a clean install.
Thanks again.

I am seeing the imdb data. I use Windows explorer to unzip the files, could have something to do with the date stamps. Aside from the ones that Sage installs. May be best to look at file sizes too.

That's what I'm thinking, some of those dates are literally just a few days ago. I use WinZip to do my zipping (and unzipping) jobs.

It's probably some stupid little thing that is keeping this from working...

I even kept Prison Break and Vanished to see if I ever get the IMDB info.

I'm having trouble with the IMDB coverart not showing. This is probably not related to this STV because the coverart does not show up when I do the search in My Videos as well. I remember hearing something about an updated code of some sorts. Is there anything else i need to install to get this working. It sounds like an awesome feature!
Thanks,
JUC

I think you need the jars from neilm's latest imdb download.

Aloha,
Mike

Already had them installed. Just reinstalled to make sure. FWIW-the cast section is blank as well. Everything else seems fine but no coverart.
Thanks,
JUC

LOL, at least I'm not alone.

Dirk must have made it only work on those of us that are "special."
