I'm not sure what you are asking... do you mean something other than the audio & video you can play with the existing Placeshifter?

For instance ... I am in a cybercafe and would like to use my SAGE Placeshifter ... and I am not allowed to install the software on the PC.

Is or will there be a java placeshifter client embedded in SAGE that will allow me to simply enter the URL http://MyHomeMachineIP:31099 to load the placeshifter client into my browser?

I don't know the answer to that, but how about this option: Run Placeshifter from USB Drive?

Using my USB memory stick is normally how I would access the placeshifter without any problems, but what prompt this question (Of course) ... I forgot it.

I also use VNC that allows me to connect via the URL and port to my PC. Since sage is also heavily coded in Java ... a nice built in applet would be great!!

This is also a "Would Like To Have" feature in a future release

As always ... thanks for the prompt response!!

what I do is I installed my placeshifter on my computer, then I did copy placeshifter folder to my USB drive and I can easily run it anywhere from my USB drive with all my settings and everything.
