Question about pausing then recording
I'm interested in getting sage tv, but I want to know before I would buy it, does this allow you to do the following:
Lets say you are watching a show, you get to 15 minutes into the show, and decide you want to record it from where you started watching it, so you rewind and then record. And it records from the starting point of where you rewound it???? Does Sagetv do that?? Like a Dish DVR receiver does. thanks

SageTV always records, so as blade says, the show is recorded from the time you started watching it. What the Record button does for you would be to mark that show as a Manual Recording so that SageTV knows to keep recording it even if you stop playback & to save the recording when the show is over.
