SAGE Client - No Video/Audio Codecs

I loaded the demo version of the Sage Client on my main PC to test the functionality with thoughts of deploying in other rooms. Software loads fine and makes connection with my HT Server just fine. However I can get no video or audio decoders to show in the setup window even though I have several DVD software players on the machine. All I get is the default for both audio and video and this produces no video or sound.
Anyone any ideas ????

If you go into your properties file, do you have any decoders listing on the line: videoframe/video_decoder_filter?

You need to have an MPEG2 video software decoder installed on the client. This will usually come with your video card for free. Alternatively, you can get a free one to try from www.elecard.com Also, if you have WinDVD, Cineplayer, PowerDVD (or another DVD player), you should be able to utilize that.

You can select which MPEG2 software decoder to use in Detailed Setup->Video.

Re-install one of your DVD player softwares. If it still doesn't appear, try the elecard decoders and they should show up.
