irman first worked, but not now?

I just received ny irman. Plugged it in, turned my computer on and Sage and then proceeded to program all the commands on my regular TV remote. After using it for a bit, something got hosed, so i restarted the computer. Now Sage does not receive any commands from the irman. I have tested using the irman server software to make sure it it still working and receiving codes, and that seens ok. But Sage won't link any buttons anymore.

Any help?

Are the commands still linked in Detailed Setup > Commands? If not you may have to learn all the commands to Sage again.

All the commands are still there.

Don't know if this is anything, but the first time I tried linking (when it was working), i had to separate my wireless keyboard receiver from the irman because the irman is so sensitive (it would pick up the keyboard press of the link key and set that as the code). But now, even if i have the irman next to my keyboard receiver no code is stored from even my keyboard through the irman.

i have checked the irman server program on the "history" tab page to ensure that when I press a key on my remote, a code is entered, and it does. So it appears to be working. Just Sage appears to be ignoring the irman for now...

Its worth a quick check to make sure the correct Com port is still selected in detailed set up i would guess...

Com1 was, and is, the selected port, no change there

Stop the IRMan program. It's taking control of the IRMan hardware so Sage isn't able to use it. That'll fix the problem.
