Thumbs down No response in regards to purchase

I purchased Sagetv Media Center(software only), yesterday in the afternoon, received confirmation email, and then no further information(serial number/download link).
I sent emails both to support and orders, no response. Is this typical of what I am to expect in the future if I have support needs or concerns?

I've had excellent response from Sage support. The only times there seemed to be a delay was when my SPAM filter chose to identify their emails as spam (so you might want to check that if you have a such a filter). It took me a couple of days to realize I should check my spam folder.

Otherwise, try try again ... there are blips in many support systems ...

The license would have been emailed already. Here's a FAQ to check out: I ordered SageTV, but I haven't received my license key yet. When will it be sent?

I received the email confirming my purchase of SageTV and the email with the license key within less than 1 minute of each other. This was at 11:07pm PST.

I ordered media extender license on 4/19 at about 11pm and didn’t get the license email for 24hrs. Emails to orders@sagetv.com went unanswered. On Friday morning I tracked down the phone number of sagetv, using their address and 411 information, and had to call 6 times to get anyone, besides the answering service, to talk to. Once I talked with someone had the license in 5mins.

I had problems too with their automated service however SageTV is an excellent company. Between their email addresses and this forum, you can not find this level of service for free ANYWHERE!! Buy MCE and see what kind of support you would get for free directly from Microsoft.

I ordered my license from PCAlchemy about a year and a half ago - to this day I can still log into their site and get my SageTV key instantly if I forget it. It would be really nice if Sage created a system like this.
