Movie catagories and Sage recordings

Hi,
I have two questions.
1. How do you organize folders. Sage seems to lump all movies from all folders under one category. For example, I would like to have a folder for kids movies, another for action movies and another for home movies. Can this be done.

2. posted here: Editing a recorded filename

I am really new to this and any help is appreciated.

Thanks

SageTV will store recordings in the Video Recording directories defined in Detailed Setup -> General. While you can't configure where specific shows are to be saved on the disk, you can go to the SageTV Recordings menu, then use the Options command to configure how recordings are sorted and/or grouped.

But you can if you move the files to the Media Library and then have all the folders and subfolders you like.

I agree with Niko that an ability to have additional "categories" other than movies would be great. Using Neilms webserver, i do timed recording of movies and then fill in the show info. If i put 'movies' under the category, it automatically puts it under movies in the Recordings list, no matter what the title is. But if I put say "Kids Shows" under categories on the webserver, it will not categorize it under that in recordings, but will rather take the show title. Any way to add additional categories similar to movies to have them show up under Sage recordings (actually in my case archived recorded, but w/ the option to show them under recordings)?
