Dish 411 ir file

Well, I searched, reconned, and browsed for hours trying to figure out a set of IR Codes for my Dish 411 Reciever. But I could never get one to work. Til I realized that Meedio came with a set of USB-UIRT configs pre-built for all sorts of E* receivers. At 4AM after some dinking around, I managed to get this Dish411.ir file configured. It is stolen from Meedio's Echostar3000 config file, and modified to work in SageTV.

Copy it into your appropriate Remotecodes directory and give it a try. You may want to tweak the timings, but so far it has worked on my setup completely.
