All of a sudden Sage Forgets to Wake up

For the last 1.5 years my Sage box has slept in S3 until 2 minutes before a recording starts, returning to S3 10 minutes after the last recording. Updates are turned off. Service started. Been on 4.0 since it came out. Lately it doesn't wake up for a nights recording but it may the next night. Doesn't seem to be a pattern. Nothing was updated or loaded. I rolled back two weeks but that didn't help. The only thing that was promissing was turning off the Service. Although all my settings disappeared and I had to rebuild my custom UI from the individual STV's, STVi's & images. Short term testing shows recordings being made when they should but I don't understand why the Service is affecting things now. My setup is in my sig below.

UPDATE: After more extensive testing, non-service does not wake up reliably either. Right now my Sage box is mostly useless, unless I am there to turn the thing on! Not sure where to go from here. I can reload Sage or wipe the HD clean and start fresh. Ideas?
