problems with favorites and changing channels

I did notice for sometime now that I have problem when there are favorite shows recording and I am switching and want to watch another program... Ok here is what I am experiencing:

I have 2 tunners (one connected to my Cable Box and the other one set to Dish Network), I added few shows as a favorite. So yesterday Sage was recording two of my favorite shows and then I decided ok, I want to watch something different so I did press my new channel number, it asked me if I want to switch, I said yes, it then did change to the new channel while few seconds later Sage on its own did switch back to the favorite recrding.. Does anyone experience similar behavior? This is not a problem that I started to see in 4.1.12 but it did happen much earlier.. dont remember exactly when I did notice it for the first time...

Thanks for any ideas or help with that.
