ATI Remote Wonder cpu utilization

I've got my Remote Wonder working with Sage, but the cpu utilization seems excessively high. Atirw.exe bounces around between 10-20% & I've seen it spike as high as 46%. I disabled all the other plugins which didn't seem to make any difference. What sort of cpu utilization do people that use the Remote Wonder with Sage get? I searched the internet & found nothing pertaining to this.
