Problem watching recorded shows

Hello,
I noticed a problem right now while playing a recorded show.
I can't go forward and skip seconds, not by pressing the remote, not by pressing the forward keys on the screen and not by clicking anywhere on the time bar. I can only go back.
It's weird because it only happens when I'm pkaying a recorded show- not on Live TV and not on media library playback.
also, when I'm trying to view a recorded show, it shows that this show is currently being recorded, and it's not...

I would appreciate any help,
