Feature Request: Filenames

Is it possible to add the functionality to Sage to define what is contained in video filenames? Currently the files look something like:
Title-Subtitle-Id-Part.mpg

It would be really useful if we could specify additional elements to the title, e.g. channel number, channel name, tuner, quality etc. Most important for me would be channel number, because of the automated processing I do overnight, but I can see that the others would be useful too.

Any chance of that? Thanks!
